Leur <u>utilisation peut n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre limit\u00e9e par un manque d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, de validation ou d\u2019harmonisation des m\u00e9thodes de caract\u00e9risation de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques cl\u00e9s<\/u> telles que demand\u00e9es par les r\u00e9glementations en vigueur (<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips5'>R-Nano<\/span>, <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips6'>REACh<\/span>).<\/p><p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux <strong>l\u2019association NanoMesureFrance a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en Septembre 2022<\/strong> \u00e0 travers un partenariat public-priv\u00e9 entre le LNE, FEBEA et France Chimie. Cette structure vise \u00e0 renforcer la confiance dans les nanomat\u00e9riaux en f\u00e9d\u00e9rant les acteurs fran\u00e7ais concern\u00e9s par ces probl\u00e9matiques analytiques. Dans ce contexte, NanoMesureFrance a ainsi publi\u00e9 en 2024 <strong>un guide illustrant les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es lors de l\u2019analyse dimensionnelle par microscopies \u00e9lectronique (MEB, MET) et \u00e0 force atomique (AFM) de particules<\/strong>, m\u00e9thodes de confirmation port\u00e9es par le laboratoire de la commission europ\u00e9enne (JRC) en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de 2022 de sa recommandation de d\u00e9finition des nanomat\u00e9riaux.<\/p><p><strong>Ce webinaire pr\u00e9sentera l\u2019approche novatrice ainsi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par NanoMesureFrance <\/strong>et visant \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes (<u>experts analytiques, acteurs r\u00e9glementaires<\/u>)<strong> d\u2019identifier et anticiper les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es lors de la mise en \u0153uvre de telles techniques de microscopie<\/strong>. Les <strong>classes de complexit\u00e9<\/strong>, <u>identifi\u00e9es sur la base des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience des membres de NanoMesureFrance<\/u> seront introduites et illustr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de clich\u00e9s types de microscopie pour expliciter, sur des exemples concrets, les difficult\u00e9s les plus couramment rencontr\u00e9es lors de l\u2019analyse de mat\u00e9riaux constitu\u00e9s de particules pouvant pr\u00e9senter des tailles comprises dans la nano-\u00e9chelle. <strong>Une analyse des limitations inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des outils de microscopie MEB, MET et AFM sera propos\u00e9e pour ces classes de complexit\u00e9<\/strong> et des <u>pistes de r\u00e9flexion seront abord\u00e9es<\/u> pour envisager de d\u00e9velopper la d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9partition num\u00e9rique par taille des particules, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en consid\u00e9ration les particules ayant au moins deux dimensions externes
